What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes:

• Material Defects: Issues such as fabric tears, stitching failures, or malfunctioning zippers caused by manufacturing defects.

• Workmanship Issues: Problems arising from errors in the construction of the bag, including faulty seams or attachment points.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from everyday use, including scuffs, scratches, and general aging of the bag.

• Accidental Damage: Issues caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, such as spills, drops, or exposure to extreme conditions.

• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than our authorized repair centers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

• Submit Your Request: We may request additional information or documentation to process your claim.

• Assessment and Resolution: Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and determine whether it falls under our warranty coverage. If covered, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Warranty Period and Coverage

• Duration: Our warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• Coverage: This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
